Arm Sculpting Workout

Get ready to bare your arms for tank top season:) This workout can be at home with one set of free weights.

Focus on keeping your neck relaxed and keep your arms energetic as you go through the weight free section of this workout. Then when using the weights, pay close attention to my angles as I am trying to engage little accessory muscles as well as the larger muscle groups in your arms, chest and shoulders.

Grab either a set of 3lbs, 5lbs, or 8lbs dumbbells and lets get to it!

In just 13 minutes you will strengthen and tone your arms.
