New Fall Program: Be Your Own Healer

For the past 12 years, I’ve been on a quest to heal many aspects of my being, including severe anxiety, an unhealthy relationship with food, a distorted body image, a need to be seen, and a need to be liked. This has been my journey and now I feel that I have freed myself from these neuroses and healed both my spiritual and my physical self.

I’ve also discovered that healing is innate in all of us.

Healing in your body feels like more joy, more space, vibrant consistent energy, deep restful sleep, a natural rhythm, better digestion, more enjoyment of food, and a loving inner landscape where you are at peace with yourself.

You don’t need crystals, a trip to India or a pantry of new food items to be your own healer. You don’t even need to hire a guru. You already have the power and the wisdom within you.

With my new program, Be Your Own Healer, I will help you discover it.

 

So what is this program all about?

As with my other programs, Be Your Own Healer is based on a balanced approach to wellness by creating lasting habits and transformation. BYOH takes this idea to the next level by focusing on achieving inner balance in your life.

I have never claimed to have all the answers, but I know that what I have learned, studied and practiced has helped many of my clients.

This 8-week program will cover the following:

  • Movement and Yoga. Connecting with our bodies opens us up to our physical selves. It also creates a sense of gratitude and strength that will lead to empowerment.

 

  • Food-Based Healing. Food is a powerful medicine and we will learn how to improve our digestion, remove toxic foods from our diet, clean up our eating habits and learn a few tricks for preparing healing foods that you’ll actually enjoy eating.

 

  • Meditation and Breathwork. One of the best ways to amplify your self-healing is through breath and stillness. Learn how to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to initiate a healing response in your body, how to incorporate breathwork and meditation into your busy life, and discover other simple practices that don’t require you to sit cross-legged on the floor for hours.

 

  • Stress management. We all know that taking a walk outside, laying on the beach, or hugging a loved one are powerful ways to reduce stress, feel good and re-connect with our truest selves. Our nervous systems are the key to reducing stress and clearing imbalances and we’ll focus on fine-tuning these systems to better manage or avoid stress.

 

  • Self-love and self-care. Your nature is inherently beautiful and you deserve love from others AND from yourself. Learn how to find the compassion to allow yourself to be loved and to deeply love yourself.

By the end of the eight weeks, you will have all that you need to continue your own healing journey from a place of balance and bliss. We are all wired to be happy, healthy and vibrant and through our choices we have the ability to come back to a place of balance, which is where true healing takes place.

There is power in the practices you will learn and I’m honoured to be your teacher and guide.

Here’s what the program includes:

  • 10 Video Workouts filmed and created by me using my knowledge of yoga, barre, strength training and the mind-body connection. Each workout is aimed to help you build strength, agility and balance in your body. Minimal equipment is needed and all workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home.
  • Monthly Workout Schedule that will help you stay on track.
  • An Exclusive Private Facebook Community for participants to connect with, support and help each other.
  • Whole Food Healing Recipes, from main dishes to elixirs, we’ll dive deep into healing foods and how to incorporate them into your diet.
  • Meditations via videos, mantras, and written scripts that will help you find a unique meditation style for yourself.
  • Weekly nutritional, movement and lifestyle coaching  via email newsletters that will include coaching videos and background information.
  • One Personal Coaching Session via FaceTime or Skype to help you get clear on your intentions, deal with any blocks, and discover your goddess powers and how to use them. Additional coaching can be added at at a discounted rate while you are in the BYOH program.

Who is BYOH for?

This program is for change makers, healers, and empowered new-age women who are ready to take their health into their own hands. It’s for those of you who want a deeper understanding of your body’s amazing ability to heal itself through care, nourishment, love and attention, and for anyone who wants to increase their connection to self through self-exploration, wellness practices and diet.

The only prerequisites for this program are an open mind and and open heart. You don’t have to have a spiritual practice, a gym, a pantry full of superfoods or any idea of what an adaptogen is.
