Hi, I’m Rebecca Johnston - women’s health and mindset coach, and founder of Be Naturally Fit and The Virtual Studio.
For over a decade, I’ve helped women navigate the changes of midlife with strength, clarity, and grace. My work blends science-backed training, balanced nutrition, and nervous system regulation to help you feel powerful and grounded - not burnt out and confused by mixed messages.
