This program was never supposed to exist.
It came from a moment I didn’t plan for. A moment where I had to choose my health, my body, and my capacity… over
pushing through. After years of being strong, consistent, and deeply connected to my body, I found myself navigating symptoms, fatigue, hormonal shifts, and a level of physical sensitivity that forced me to slow down in a way I hadn’t before.
And what became clear to me is this:
So many women are here right now.
Capable. Disciplined.
But tired.
Burnt out.
Unsure how to move forward without tipping themselves back into
depletion.
So this is where Strong Again was born.
Not from hustle.
Not from pushing harder.
But from learning how to rebuild strength in a way that actually
supports your body.

1. Simple, structured strength training (that meets you where you are)
You will receive a clear, easy-to-follow weekly plan inside your Strong
Again portal, including:
- 3 strength workouts per week (pre-recorded videos)
- 1 integration session (pre-recorded video)
All workouts are designed to be:
- Accessible
- Repeatable
- Supportive of your current capacity
The integration session is where everything starts to come together.
This is your space for:
- Stretching and mobility
- Nervous system regulation
- Reconnecting to your body
This is where you begin to understand your energy… and build trust with your body again.
2. Nervous system & energy awareness.
You will learn how to:
- Recognize your body’s signals
- Adjust intensity without guilt
- Build consistency without burnout
- Develop a sustainable rhythm of training
This is where we shift from pushing…
to working with your body.
3. Midlife nutrition & metabolism support
We will cover:
- Proper fueling (especially if you’ve been under-eating)
- Protein intake and muscle support
- Blood sugar balance
Hormone-supportive nutrition
This is not about restriction.
This is about creating stability, energy, and safety in the body.
4. Coaching with compassion + accountability
Our group calls are a space where we:
- Normalize what your body is going through
- Shift all-or-nothing thinking
- Build consistency through small, meaningful steps
- Practice grace while still moving forward
Ongoing Support (You’re not doing this alone)
You will have access to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of the
program.
