Time to work our booty’s and our abs ladies. This workout is some of my favourite Barre and Pilates moves to tone, strengthen and shape your backsides and tummies. I highly recommend you strap on some ankle weights to really feel the burn.

Modify by planking with your knees on the ground and taking breaks whenever you need to.
