WELCOME TO THE BODY CONFIDENCE CHALLENGE

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see fragmented parts of your body that you want to change, or do you see a beautiful soul?

When we struggle with our body image, our tendency is to point out and pick at aspects of ourselves we find unappealing. We pinch the fat on our bellies or lament the puffiness of our faces. We jiggle the skin on the back of our arms or try desperately to rid our thighs of cellulite.

ENOUGH!

You are a radiant and worthy human being, just as you are. You have the power to make choices that will help elevate your mindset, fitness, and lifestyle—they’re your choices to make, no one else’s. You don’t need the world telling you that you’re not good enough and you need to change, and you don’t need to feel unworthy in order to want to transform your life or body in some way.

 

The fact is, you can love your body and still want to make some changes to it. I have loved and honored my body through many changes over the past 10 years, babies, back injuries, weight gain, weight loss, all of them fine. I want you to feel that you have the permission to love yourself as your body continues to change and transform throughout your life.

 

THE FOCUS OF THIS MONTH IS:

  • Completing all of the workouts–that’s 6 a week!
  • Walking 10 Km every week.
  • Cutting out all processed foods and refined sugar.
  • Eating a clean, whole foods diet.
  • Supporting each other throughout the challenge.
