Meals Made Easy

It’s no surprise that I love making meals for my family. I love the planning, the grocery shopping and the meal prep that goes into making a meal with love that will nourish and fee my family.

BUT… I’m a busy momma! (immmm who isn’t).

I also love to try new things out and report back to you guys. What works, what doesn’t. What products I love, one’s I don’t,  in hopes of helping you make healthy decisions for you and your family.

I have tried a few different food delivery service now and I wanted to share one that really stood out amongst the group. Fresh Prep is a meal delivery service that delivers chef-designed meals each week to your house. For all of you busy professional/ppl who love to cook but don’t have time, this service is AMAZING.

Here are a few of the things I like about Fresh Prep:

  • You get to choose the meals you want from a big list of available options ranging from vegetarian, to fish and meat.
  • The menu changes each week!
  • It get delivered to your door in a cooler bag already separated and ready to cook.
  • BEST PART–The meals are super creative, actually easy to make (actually) and are seriously tasty. They aren’t afraid of using spices, and yummy flavour combos to pull together a well-balanced healthy home cooked meal. We tried 3 different meals and they were all restaurant quality, super delicious and feed my entire family with leftovers to spare.
  • No food waste. Although I make a BIG effort to always use up the produce I buy, sometimes, it just ends up going bad and getting thrown out. It sucks. If you were to use Fresh Prep a few nights a week and meal plan the others, you wouldn’t have as much food waste as if you were trying to create meals on a whim every night.
  • The price is on point with the quality and quantity of the food you receive.

One thing that of course irks me is the plastic. I give them credit for being on top of recycling (you send back all the plastic and they recycle it for you) but I still don’t love my food touching the plastic or the fact that I does require it. Of course it does, that how they make it so easy for us.

And now I want to hook you up with a deal for your first order with them!

Use BNF18 to receive $33 dollars when you order your first week’s meals:)
