12 Weeks to a Healthier Life

September is the time when we get ourselves and our families organized, and I have designed “The Power Project” just for that! The Power Project is a 12-week transformational program that focuses on my three pillars of health: FITNESS, NUTRITION and MINDSET.

I have taken everything I know and condensed it into a 12-week program to help you establish a solid base for a healthier lifestyle. After completing The Power Project you’ll have developed the skills, habits and confidence to take your health to the next level.

 This program includes:

  2. Short, fun, effective home workouts

WHO SHOULD JOIN THE POWER PROJECT?

Anyone who identifies as a woman and wants to feel powerful in her skin. No matter where you on your journey with fitness and nutrition and developing a empowering mindset rooted in self-love, this program will help you live more fully and authentically.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Everything and Anything. Seriously. This is program has the ability to be life changing! You’re going to expand in a myriad ways and make some new friends. Logistically, you can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes per day reading, exercising, or journaling.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM ENTAIL?

This is a 12-week group coaching program that includes weekly videos, reading materials, video workouts, sample meal plans and recipes and journaling prompts. I’ll cover a new Power Project Module each week as you connect with other women who are here to support you and hold space for your expansion.

 

STEP 1: Discovering Your WHY

The first topic we will cover is “Discovering Your WHY,” and this is something you can be thinking about even before you start The Power Project.

Why do you want to make this change? Why are you considering this program?  What is your motivation? What is your goal? Understanding your “why” will help you remain motivated and be successful with whatever changes you are making.

You might not know your “why” yet and that’s ok. This program will open your mind and spirit to new possibilities and help you connect with your WHY.

From there, we will make magic happen. Just wait and see what you’re capable of!
