Run and Strength Clinic- 8 weeks to a stronger and faster you!

Start your summer off on the right foot (lol) with my 8 week progressive run and strength clinic training you to comfortably run a 10 km race or run. My new run and strength clinic will inspire and motivate you to feel and run your best come this summer!

Many of you know my love of fitness actually started on the road with running. Aside from dancing, my number one outlet for my endless energy was running. I was running 10 km races competitively in grade 9. Running was always a cheap and sure fire way to feel good. 

I want to offer the women of North Vancouver a fun opportunity to get out, run, work on strength and be outside during Spring. 

Some sessions will include a strength training portion (think HIIT or bootcamp) while others will be a organized distance run with drills to improve speed and cardiovascular endurance. We’ll always finish with a stretch and cool down. 

Beginner to intermediate runners. No one will be left behind:) The sessions will progressively get more challenging and I will make sure everyone gets a great workout every time.

BE NATURALLY FIT RUN AND STRENGTH CLINIC

WHERE: Start & end point will be my house in Deep Cove (I’ll send you the address after sign up). We will be running the trails of Deep Cove as well as some loops around the area. We will also be stopping by local parks for some more bootcamp style drills to build up your strength:)

WHEN: Every Sunday 8-9am and Thursday 7-8pm. Some runs may go over by 10-15 minutes.

STARTING: Sunday May 5th and running rain or shine for 8 weeks. 

COST: $160
