My Holiday Gift Guide 2017

Gift-giving doesn’t have to be stressful, expensive or overwhelming. We have told my girls that this year will be all about experiences, NOT things. Yes, of course, they will still have a few things under the tree, but more than that, they will have had a month of family experiences to remember.

My husband Travis created an “Event Advent” where each day is a small event that we do as a family. Park and Tilford lights, hot chocolates, Christmas movie night, a night at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, and a snowshoe up Mt. Seymour are all some of the events on the calendar. It’s been so magical to watch them open up the card in the morning and it’s been really special spending that festive time with them every day.

I really don’t ‘NEED’ anything this year, I feel extremely blessed with everything I have. Travis was asking if I could suggest a few ideas and I said: “oh you know, sage bundles, healing crystals, teas,  adaptogens and tarot cards… witchy things honey”. Thank goodness he’s open-minded and just nodded his head lol.

Gifting time and love are the most important things and make my list every year so let me just say that a gift doesn’t have to be bought or cost money! But if you are like me and like to gift special gifts to people you care about, here is a list of cool stuff that will be appreciated on the receiving end:)

My Gift Giving Guide

  • Healing crystals, sage, essential oils and tarot cards are all the things any new age women appreciate! If you have someone in your life who is on a spiritual path of self-discovery like me, then these sort of gifts are so thoughtful. Check out any natural food store or juice shop (Nectar Juicery has amazing stuff), esoteric bookshop or online.
  • Medicinal elixirs and teas. You all know that I love my elixirs, especially now that I don’t drink alcohol. A nice cup of tea at night helps me unwind and stay healthy and vibrant. My favourite sources of these magic potions are Four Sigmatic (use my code ‘benaturallyfit” to receive 10% off), Botanica turmeric golden milk and other amazing products, Sun potion adaptogens and Harmonic Arts botanical creations. It’s really giving the gift of health in a cup:)
  • Want to gift a pair of leggings that will leave your bestie feeling so comfy and confident in her Barre class? These Aritzia pants are so sexy and a fraction of the cost of other leggings. This is absolutely NOT sponsored! I just love em so much.
  • Vibrant health with the best supplements. I have been spreading the word about Pranin since day one and for good reason, their supplements really are the best and will help anyone feel their best. They are also local:) Use my code ‘benaturallyfit’ to receive 20% off your order.
  • Organic Skin Care. The perfect gift for any women in your life, your MIL, bestie or boss. Also local and organic, this skincare line has minimal real organic ingredients like ocean clay, probiotic goats milk, charcoal and sea kelp. It is gentle and anti-aging, my skin has never been more vibrant:) Again, I can hook you up with a discount–‘rebecca10’ to receive 10% your order.
  • Gifting wellness. This is my gifting theme for my friends and family this year. I will be gifting mala bead bracelets, books on mindfulness, gift cards to yoga studios and special bath salts and candles.

I only share with you products that I truly love and believe in.  Also, when you choose to shop these brands and products using my code, you are supporting me and my brand and local businesses so I thank you in advance!

I hope you all have a relaxing weekend filled with family, good food and maybe even a little bit of shopping:)

xoxo
